Blue was a commission from award winning photographer, Lonnie Hoke. I prepared the file using Photoshop CS2, and hand painted it in Painter 9. Typically with these sort of pieces, I add several hair extensions and use homemade brushes to make the background more "dream-like." This image was used in the PPSC competition this past year and took home some prestigious awards. You can see more of his photographs at lhoke.com.
